I wear the Mojavis working in a small scale retail environment. I didn't want to be the tenth worker wearing obnoxiously thick soled sneaker-style shoes, so I took a risk and ordered these thanks to their rubber sole seeming like a good compromise. I was right! They're not quite as comfortable as truly orthopedic or thick soles, but they look fantastic and are far from uncomfortable. The sole has enough grip for me to walk across a freshly mopped concrete floor without feeling like I'll slip every step, as well! On my feet for 7-8 hours every day and I don't feel any worse for wear afterwards.
