Risk Free Returns
Returns are guaranteed on all non-sale items excluding shoe care. Items you're returning must be sent back in the original packaging, unworn, and undamaged. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Steps for Returns:
Email: Info@WARFIELDandGRAND.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number or full name so we can locate your order and confirm return eligibility.
Pack up the items you want to return in their original packaging.
Attach a return label to the package and provide it to the return shipper.
Expect 3-4 business days after delivery for the item to be received back into our inventory and payment to be credited to your account. Items returned without original packaging are subject to a 10% repackaging fee. Items returned worn are not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final on items marked sale and/or non-returnable. Please see below note on exchanging sale items*.
Shoe care items are not available for return.
Worn or damaged merchandise is not available for return.
Exchanges
Free return shipping on size exchanges!
To exchange your purchase, place a new order and email:Info@WARFIELDandGRAND.com for a prepaid shipping label to return your initial purchase. Your initial purchase price is guaranteed and our customer service team will provide assistance as needed.
*Although sale items are not eligible for return, we will work with you to exchange items for a different size if your initial purchase does not fit correctly. Ultimately final sale items exist to help make room for new inventory, not to stick you with a shoe that doesn't fit.
