To start, I think the "true to size" is accurate. I'm usually between a 10 and 10.5, and the 10.5 has just a bit of room wheras I could see the 10.0 being just a bit snug. Such is life sometimes. The look and leather in person is definitely high end. In this price range I've owned many different shoes over the years and I can honestly say this is the nicest. Looking forward to my next pair!
